Objectives:

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt professionals will be able to:

  • Use and analyze quality function deployment (QFD) techniques, failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) and robust design processes.
  • Understand and use all aspects of the DMAIC model in accordance with Six Sigma principles.
  • Understand the components and techniques used in project management.
  • Demonstrate team leadership, and assign team member roles and responsibilities.
  • Understand DFX (design for X) and special design tools.
  • Explain and apply Six Sigma philosophies and principles inculding support systems and tools.
  • Demonstrate and be a driver for various leadership roles and responsibilities, organizational dynamics, customer expectations and satisfaction.
This Program is designed for:

Certified Green Belts who wish to further their knowledge in the Methods and Tools of Six Sigma.

This program is delivered over two sessions separated by two weeks break. During the break, delegates will get to work on their certification projects and get hands on experience with the methodology.

Instructor:

US Based Instructor. A Master Black Belt with over 30 years of experience in Process Improvement, Kaizen, Six Sigma, DFSS, and Lean across various industries worldwide.
