Six Sigma Black Belt Session II

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt professionals will be able to:

• Use and analyze quality function deployment (QFD) techniques, failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) and robust design processes.
• Understand and use all aspects of the DMAIC model in accordance with Six Sigma principles.
• Understand the components and techniques used in project management.
• Demonstrate team leadership, and assign team member roles and responsibilities.
• Understand DFX (design for X) and special design tools.
• Explain and apply Six Sigma philosophies and principles inculding support systems and tools.
• Demonstrate and be a driver for various leadership roles and responsibilities, organizational dynamics, customer expectations and satisfaction.
  

Certified Green Belts who wish to further their knowledge in the Methods and Tools of Six Sigma.

This is Session II of a two session program. Registrant must have completed Session I of the Black Belt training.

For returning students, the fee for this session has already been covered as part of Session I. Otherwise, the cost to attend this training is 3500 USD.
