| Objectives: |
| Lean Six Sigma Black Belt professionals will be able to:
- Use and analyze quality function deployment (QFD) techniques, failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) and robust design processes.
- Understand and use all aspects of the DMAIC model in accordance with Six Sigma principles.
- Understand the components and techniques used in project management.
- Demonstrate team leadership, and assign team member roles and responsibilities.
- Understand DFX (design for X) and special design tools.
- Explain and apply Six Sigma philosophies and principles inculding support systems and tools.
- Demonstrate and be a driver for various leadership roles and responsibilities, organizational dynamics, customer expectations and satisfaction.

| Certified Green Belts who wish to further their knowledge in the Methods and Tools of Six Sigma. This is Session II of a two session program. Registrant must have completed Session I of the Black Belt training. |
